Drizzle source tarball 1192 has been released

Drizzle source tarball based on build 1192 has been released. Changes include:

  • Upgraded to InnoDB plugin 1.0.4
  • A lot of code clean up and refactoring removing unused functions, prototypes and macros
  • Monty's work on plugin slot reorganization
